ATM喊「餘額不足」音量　相當高鐵駛過

領錢餘額不足已經夠窘，部分自動櫃員機（ATM）還大聲放送，傳音量還高達78分貝。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，實測台東地區11家金融機構，發現提款金額不足時，只有郵局、土地銀行ATM會「廣播」，音量高達78分貝，相當於高鐵列車行駛而過、台鐵火車站內廣播，及室內偵煙式警報器的警鳴聲音量。

台灣銀行、台灣企銀、花蓮十信等退卡且自動列印明細表，玉山、合庫、農會有螢幕顯示，都沒語音提醒。中華郵政總局台東責任中心近期也收到不少民眾反映，會建議總局做全面性的檢討與改進。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
