柯文哲施政報告書　市議員批敷衍草率

台北市議會下周開議，北市府已將施政報告送達各議員辦公室，但藍綠議員皆有意見。國民黨籍議員陳重文今說，柯的政見皆未寫入，尤其是教育，承諾的營養午餐政見未寫入，感覺施政報告僅敷衍議會，民進黨北市議員童仲彥也批評，柯上任百日拆公車專用道、節省不必要的經費、廉政委員的進度皆沒提，還放了多張「郝友友」的照片，施政報告書甚至無目錄索引，實在很草率，感覺公務員還停留在郝市府時代。（郭美瑜／台北報導）
