詐欺犯一騙再騙　四度行騙終遭逮

【呂健豪／新北報導】果然事不過三，詐騙集團對同一被害人第4度行騙時，車手尤姓少年（16歲）遭警方埋伏逮捕。新北市新店區1位汪姓民眾今日上午11時許，已被詐騙集團騙了3次，以健保局、警察及檢察官名義，共騙取340萬元，今天第4度來電終於警覺，便撥打「165」反詐騙專線求助，並通報警方協助，與被害人相互配合，待車手前往取錢時埋伏一旁，將尤姓少年逮捕歸案，並依詐欺現行犯移送法辦。
