陸軍下士洪仲丘胞姊洪慈庸今天指出，軍高檢對外聲稱，7月1日關鍵80分鐘消失畫面未遭人為刪除，檔案也有保存，但她徹夜觀看這80鐘畫面，發現根本沒有檔案，軍高檢跟調查局的鑑識有出入。

調查局表示，軍高檢囑託鑑定的監視主機目前還留在該局，不知軍高檢給洪家大姐看的檔案是什麼？推斷有可能是備份檔案。
