德旅遊業蓬勃 帶旺旅館業

（中央社記者林琳柏林23日專電）德國旅遊業蓬勃，旅館住房率高，投資人看好興建旅館可獲利，今年上半年這方面的投資金額高達14億6000萬歐元（約合新台幣588億7000萬元），其中80%的資金來自海外。

根據旅館業顧問公司估計，今年投資德國旅館業的金額可望超過20億歐元。專業投資人多看好德國的旅館業。德國政治和經濟都穩定，美國、法國和中東的投資人及政府基金，對於獲利穩的投資特別感興趣。

根據德國聯邦統計局的資料，2013年德國旅館的過夜住房紀錄是2億5480萬人次；在2004年只有1億9500萬人次；1994年只有1億6770萬人次。

歐債危機爆發以來，包括法國、義大利和西班牙出國旅遊人次減少，不過，從其他歐洲國家來的旅客減少並沒有影響到德國旅遊業的蓬勃發展，因為從中國大陸和其他地區來的旅客人數持續增加。1030723
