近兩年隨著3C產品的發達，不論五歲幼童、或是七十多歲的阿公阿嬤，幾乎人人都會「滑」一下平板電腦，更別說從網路上找資料，但是光搜尋「臺中 假牙 醫院」等關鍵字，雖然能在0.01秒內出現多達20萬筆資訊，卻得一筆一筆的點黎漁e，找到了診所還得自己規劃前往路線，可說相當麻煩。

臺中市政府衛生局近日推出「樂齡資訊行動導航」系統，耗近半年時間，動員全局同仁，找尋長者最常需要的服務，將9000筆資訊分門別類依照「醫療」、「保健」、「長期照顧」、「藥事」、「醫療器材」及「衛生所」等6大服務，提供民眾搜尋點鴃A讓民眾快速找到住家附近的診所，並透過地圖導航，不論是坐車、走路或自行開車，都能輕鬆到達想要的診所。

民眾只要透過手上的的平板電腦、手機、或是家用電腦等，上「臺中市政府衛生局」網站，登入「樂齡資訊行動導航」、選擇「樂齡服務」、再點選想要的「醫療」、「保健」等欄位，就會呈現醫院的資訊如：名稱、電話、地址等，連中醫、西醫、牙醫也都分門別類。

甚至中央用的專有名詞，資訊人員也貼心備註，如滑鼠一點到「整合門診」，箭頭就會出現「協助老人做到全面性的身體診斷治療及用藥評估」字眼，讓民眾一點就懂上面的字義，資訊也定期更新，不錯過任何一個最新資料。

臺中市政府衛生局局長黃美娜表示：目前臺中約有24萬多名長者，這群長者只要透過「樂齡資訊行動導航」系統，即使子女不在家，只要有e化在手，阿公阿嬤看診不用找幫手。(自立晚報2013/8/13)
