「油」感不佳　南投燈會拒頂新捐款

【高堂堯／南投報導】南投縣政府明年於中興新村舉辦台灣燈會，只剩52天時間，預計5千萬元的募款壓力沉重；代理縣長陳志清今天在縣務會議上指出，先前原透過前海基會董事長江丙坤牽線，敲定頂新集團捐款200萬打造「一馬當先」入口意象牌坊，但因爆發食用油事件，南投縣議會決議拒絕頂新捐款，陳志清轉請縣府單位聯絡接洽旅外同鄉會、南崗工業區企業等單位贊助，補足募款缺口。

陳志清說，先前向財政部、經濟部、交通部等中央部會請託協助募款，獲得公營行庫1100萬贊助，也向中油、台電、台水和台糖等單位募得近800萬元，但交通部轄下的華航、圓山飯店等單位卻沒有下文，呼籲2家觀光相關公股企業慷慨解囊，共襄盛舉。
