學測首日　基隆考區上午23人缺考

103年度大學學力測驗首天在18日登場，上午國文考科從9點20分開始考試。基隆市考區有2561人報考，考場秩序優良，狀況不多，2個考場共計有9位考生補辦准考證，國文考科共計有23位考生缺考。下午即將登場的科目為數學及社會。
