台灣房屋智庫調查發現，有房產民眾，逾4成近1年有換屋計劃，而又有35.47%的民眾換屋因為「不滿意現居住地機能性」，因此台灣房屋今日下午舉辦記者會，公布官網首創以「生活」找屋，分析物件周遭1公里內的「10大指數」。

台灣房屋營運目標總經理周鶴鳴表示，10大指數的分數高低，是依據海量數據分析該物件周遭環境機能，與分佈的密集度，量化顯示生活環境的氛圍。

此外，對於該區氣候、雨量溼度、地震次數、空氣品質與輻射檢測也能分析。周鶴鳴指出，台灣氣候潮濕，且北部又常下雨，對生活環境的挑選就不得不慎，透過「生活找屋」功能，可挑選空氣品質佳且較乾燥的區域，另還提供人口強度、商業活動強度等，對想要拓點或創業的消費者，在選擇開店位置時，可觀察人口與商業活動強度。（張菱育／台北報導）
