無法開啟任何應用程式!!!!!!!

我的電腦是window8
他無法開啟exe的檔案
只有我想開啟他就會叫我去「市集」尋找應用程式
後來我上網找"exe檔無法開啟"

有網友PO文說修該一個東西(忘記了>把他的預設值改成%1
然後exe檔就可以用了
但我改完之後所有應用程式我都點不開了
每次我的開啟
電腦都會叫我"在「市集」內尋找應用程式"
連小畫家也開不了

求助!!!!!!!!!!!
