食管法修正案 下周三下午朝野協商

已由立法院社福衛環委員會日前初審完成「食品安全衛生管理法」部分條文修正草案，因朝野意見分歧，今天上午經院會討論後，立法院長王金平宣布，將於下週三下午三時在立院朝野協商。

國民黨立院黨團書記長費鴻泰表示，希望在野黨陣營能支持「食管法」修正草案盡快通過，不要辜負國人期待。

立法院社環委員會召集人、國民黨立委召集人王育敏今天上午在國是論壇時也表示，強冠、頂新等案檢調已積極偵辦，立院修法也應與時間賽跑，否則重蹈大統案「重罰罰不到」覆轍，全國民眾都不能接受。
