我目前在台灣之星(威寶電信)還有2個月左右的合約
不過我現在想轉去中華電信辦學生方案
但是威寶電信的名字是我媽媽的名子
所以想請問一下我是要先在威寶過戶然後再到中華電信攜碼
還是直接到中華電信辦就可以了?
那是否需要先解約呢?
