食安推漲物價　江揆：必要調整可接受

食安事件爭議不斷，讓不少受創食品業者悄悄漲價彌補損失。行政院長江宜樺今天表示，如果是合理的調整，不會干預。

江宜樺表示，到目前為止，整體物價水準仍在政府調控範圍，食安風波發生後，因為食品業者改採購較高品質的原料，墊高原料成本，對物價是會有影響，讓民眾外食費用也增加。

但從健康的角度來看，這是在營造更具有飲食安全的環境，所必須要的調整之一，就像有民眾選擇吃有機蔬菜，也要付出較高的費用。

但江揆也重申，調整過程中不會允許哄抬的情形發生，否則會要求行政院物價小組介入處理。
