大阪周遊卷購買問題

請教各位一下關於大阪周遊卷（一日卷）的購買問題，情況如下：

我和朋友計劃明年2月21日前往日本，機票已訂為東京往返，現打算在21日下午3點抵達成田空港后轉乘新幹線前往大阪，預計當晚到達大阪的時間為晚上9點半左右，我查詢了一下大阪周遊卷的購買地點和時間發現車站內的交通問訊處晚上10點會關門（新大阪站，梅田站等），所以我們當晚到達后應該是買不到周遊卷了（不確定。。。）。

因為在大阪會住在心齋橋附近，官網上也說附近有幾個酒店也可以出售，不知道有相關的購買經歷的朋友能提供一些信息么？感謝大家的解答和幫助。
