受刑人死前求救　爆「房長要我屁股借他用」

台北監獄一名林姓受刑人月初意外死亡，民進黨立委吳宜臻昨陪家屬開記者會出示受刑人所寫求救信，質疑林在獄中疑遭性騷擾及暴力對待。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，林的母親泣訴，獄方12月1日通知林於戒護過程失去意識、送醫不治，家屬看監視器畫面，卻看到他被鐵鍊拴在舍房走道、頭戴安全帽，其他受刑人踹他，獄方並未制止。林的哥哥抱著遺照說，弟弟有一封未寄出的求救信，寫道「房長說晚上我的屁股借他用」，飽受言語性騷擾。台北監獄秘書邱煥棠表示，相關證據已交由檢方調查。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
