acer NB一直開機關機

我的ACER ASPIRE 6935G 最近一直開機又關機，重複不停，原送修說是主機板壞掉，更換要NT4500，後來想說舊機就不修了，結果回家忘記插電源線，用電池開機就可以了，但是一插上電源線就又當機重開機，大約要過一個小時後才正常(插電源線可用)。可是一旦每天新開機時便重複上述動作，真的是主機板該換了嗎?請問大大有誰可好心告訴我。(軟體重灌依然如此)
