論文涉自我抄襲陳震武停權10年

科技部去年7月接獲香港中文大學于如岡教授檢舉國立中央大學蔣偉寧教授與國立高雄海洋科技大學陳震武教授共同發表的2篇論文涉及自我抄襲。

科技部召開3次學術倫理審議會議審議，今天公布，陳震武發表的論文自我抄襲屬實，並涉論文審查造假及所提計畫違反學術倫理，處以停權10年並追回3件計畫的研究主持費；另外，蔣偉寧教授經查證並未有自我抄襲之事實，但對於與陳震武教授共同發表的著作，未善盡督導之責，處以停權1年。
