外接硬碟還有救嗎?維修價錢?

一台2.5吋 Seagate 500G過保的硬碟序號是2GH43W33

電腦USB掃不到這顆硬碟.有出現新增USB圖樣.但我的電腦就是沒出現這顆硬碟
而硬碟機只是一直運傳持續的噪音有亮燈

請問這顆硬碟送修後還可以用嗎?? 需要多少錢呢?(如果資料不要的話)

猜得到是哪邊壞了嗎?? 現在一樣是要寄去桃園UPS送修嗎?
