請問nokia 520的相片問題???

想請問大家一下

因為自己的手機是nokia520的

但是手機內的相片我只能叫出部分的無法完全教出所有的相片

因為我想把手機的相片傳到電腦上

手機內的相片分為"相簿"跟"手機相簿"兩個部分

我只叫的出"相簿"的(電腦上show出來的適saved pictures)

但"手機相簿"那邊的照片我就傳不到電腦上面

請問有知道的朋友可以教教我嗎!!
