索尼10月將分拆影音儀器業務

索尼10月將分拆影音儀器業務

共同社報導，日本索尼公司（Sony）今天宣布，將於10月分拆影音儀器業務，並設為獨立的子公司。

報導說，此舉是索尼結構性改革的其中一步，公司希望透過削減經費及提高決策速度來確保盈利穩定。

索尼去年7月分拆旗下電視機業務，成立新的子公司。索尼遠離消費電子業務的姿態愈來愈明顯。

報導還說，索尼將從2015會計年度起的3年內，把重心放在半導體、遊戲機、電影及音樂領域，而且今後將集中在娛樂領域投資。
