藥粧違規廣告新北開鍘850餘萬

新北市衛生局103年度查獲藥物及化粧品違規廣告有876件，開罰新北市業者共854萬5仟元，衛生局指出，化粧品違規案件中，除了涉及虛偽誇大以外，都是強調具有美白除皺為最大宗。違規來源又以網路購物平台最多，案件超過一半以上。
