（中央社記者陳朝福高雄15日電）計程車司機許姓男子今天涉嫌因違規遭員警開單告發時，竟開車撞傷劉姓員警左小腿，隨後被支援警網攔下依妨害公務罪嫌送辦。

警方調查，許姓司機下午在高雄市中山路和三多路的大遠百商圈，因違規被員警開單告發，涉嫌因不滿吃紅單，開車撞上劉姓員警，造成員警左小腿約有20公分的擦傷。

多名支援警力到場，許男一度辯稱未開車撞人，但劉姓員警出示傷痕，全案依妨害公務罪嫌送辦。1040315
