連串黑心油案　最小求償者只有3歲

去年毒油案爆發，台灣消保會受理學生的團體訴訟，最小的求償者只有3歲，共1萬9千多人求償，創歷史紀錄。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，黑心油造成全民受害，行政院消保處委託台灣消保會，受理全國中小學校打團體訴訟。台灣消保會每天發動10多名志工整理，已收到19365人求償，求償者多是中小學生，年紀最小的只有3歲，預計最快5月初提告，預估團體訴訟求償金額達36億元。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
