Google Chrome 無法使用

各位大大，我的Chrome瀏覽器本來前幾天還可以使用，結果昨天晚上回家後就無法使用，開啟後一直呈現載入中，一直跑不動！解安裝後重新安裝還是一樣的狀況，我找過很多方法但能試都試了就是沒有改善。

中間也嘗試過用其他瀏覽器(不是IE)，【類似google系統的CitrioSetup也和Chrome是一樣的情形，跑不動，連設定也是一樣！】

最近我已經被逼到快要瘋掉了，但又不想重灌電腦，所以想問各位知識+的電腦達人，能否告訴我這是怎麼一回事？有什麼方法可以解決嗎？
