華妃才可說「賤人就是矯情」　否則有罪！

「後宮甄嬛傳」紅極一時，劇中華妃台詞「賤人就是矯情」成為流行用語。但這句話可不能亂說！

《聯合報》報導，馮男在廖女的臉書寫下「我是給你留面子，給臉不要臉，賤人就是矯情」等語，馮男的朋友郭男看到後，也跑去廖女臉書留言「賤人就是矯情」，廖女不堪受辱，憤而控郭男妨害名譽罪；法官審理後認為，郭男見好友在網路上筆戰，竟不探究緣反而以同樣的貶抑性言詞辱罵廖女，太不應該。但考量他坦承犯行，當庭對廖女表達歉意，加上郭、廖雙方事前並不相識，僅是出於好友義憤，罪責又不是太大，判處罰款3千元（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
