【Dr說】精液顏色越白　生育能力越強？

網路流傳精液顏色越白，生育能力越強。彰化基督教醫院泌尿外科主治醫師石宏仁表示，男性生育能力與精液顏色沒關係，醫學上也沒有精液顏色越白、生育能力越強的實證研究，男性生育能力高低的關鍵，仍是精蟲數量與品質。男性生育能力最低精蟲標準，為每次射精精蟲數量須達3900萬隻以上，且40%的精蟲活動力良好，才能讓女性自然受孕。
 
石宏仁說，正常男性精液顏色為灰白略帶點黃色，當精液顏色嚴重偏黃或呈現黃綠色，或帶有血絲，恐是睪丸、副睪丸、攝護腺、儲精囊等，遭細菌或病毒感染引起發炎，若延誤治療可能造成不孕，病菌還易傳給女性導致不孕。建議男性平時應觀察精液顏色，若發現異常應速就醫，以防不孕。（沈能元／台北報導）
