1個月375萬！史匹柏的房子要租誰

好萊塢大導史蒂芬史匹柏（Steven Spielberg）最近出租位於馬里布的濱海豪宅，每個月租金喊價12萬5千美元（約375萬元台幣），高得有點嚇人，年收入沒有上億的人恐怕住不起。
 
史匹柏的豪宅腹地廣大，高達1322坪，豪宅室內坪數約203坪，格局7房9衛， 有按摩室、圖書館、電影試片間、游泳池等多項設施，從陽台就能看見海景，家門外有條羊腸小徑，走約40公尺便能到達海邊；達斯汀霍夫曼、歌蒂韓等資深藝人都住附近，承租者可與名人當鄰居。
 
不過，史匹柏的房租開得有點高，連身家達24億元台幣的卸任「007」皮爾斯布洛斯南想住都租不起，他去年殺價想用現在租金的一半價錢──187萬5千元台幣承租，但沒有成功。（李世珍／綜合報導）
