刑警昨(3日)天逮捕涉嫌毆殺刑警薛貞國的4名竹聯幫份子，洪翊、奚國翔、邱宇玄、李俊賢。其中洪翊與3名未到案者，將薛貞國拖出ATT 4 fun，洪翊還對薛貞國的頭部拳打腳踢，打趴在地仍然不罷手，非常凶狠。

據《自由時報》報導，22歲的洪翊是竹聯幫忠堂份子，平常都是混內湖一帶，常常惹事生非。案發當天，洪翊與另3明和堂份子接到萬少丞的訊息，趕到現場助陣。

事後，洪翊覺得事態嚴重，就躲到基隆友人家避風頭，北市刑大昨天利用洪翊與另外3名涉案者外出購物時逮人。

警訊中，洪翊指承認有打薛貞國幾拳，奚國翔、邱宇玄、李俊賢都否認打人，稱只是在一旁叫囂，奚國翔與邱宇玄更表示，只有和安管人員發生拉扯。
