所在地: 台灣   時間: 2014/10/22   

不好意思 想請問一下大家
在ImmiAccount申請澳洲簽證的時候
資料都填好
信用卡刷卡也成功了
正當要下載體檢表的時候
不小心點到Share
之後列表上剛剛申請的簽證就不見了
怎麼找都找不到
打電話詢問銀行跟網路上查找都有交易紀錄
還有從ImmiAccount列印收據下來
現在就卡在不知道怎麼下載體檢表
打電話去台北辦事處
服務人員說打電話到香港辦事處處理
打到香港都是講廣東話,而且都是語音
完全接觸不到服務人員
懇請有經驗的人解答
