在國外畢業旅行性騷擾女同學竟不用被罰？

今日出刊的《蘋果日報》報導，新北市呂姓男大生去年參加海外畢業旅行時，見心儀女同學喝醉酒獨自回房，竟尾隨進房對女同學喇舌搓奶。

女同學回台提告，呂男坦承犯行，但《刑法》規定境外犯罪須是內亂、外患或最輕本刑3年的重罪，我國司法才有管轄權，呂男涉犯的乘機猥褻罪不在此列，新北地檢署只能不起訴呂男。（張鈜閔／綜合報導）
