關於遊戲帳號被凍結

小弟遊戲帳號為遊戲帳號公司是遊戲新幹線~

因為涉及用85買賣而遭鎖帳號~

由於去年曾經有過一次所以被永久凍結

由於帳號已經使用一年多實在投入很多心血~

想請教有沒有大大有類似經驗有拿回帳號的~

如果親自去公司一趟有機會(方法)請他們解鎖嗎~?
