學者嗆張金鶚換位子換腦袋　打房「攏系假」

針對台北市副市長張金鶚與財政部長「雙張會」，說是要為打房考慮調高非自用住宅的房屋稅率，但對此有學者在臉書上怒嗆張金鶚是「換了位置換腦袋」、「捾籃假燒金」。

文化大學環境設計學院前院長楊重信，在臉書上痛批張金鶚「怎麼才當滿1年多的官，就學會了高明的騙術？」指其換了位置就換了腦袋。還酸「張金鶚會打房，豬也會爬上樹！」，甚至還重話批雙張會根本就是「欺騙行為」。

楊重信表示，打房最有效的方法是在提高非自用住宅的地價稅基與房屋稅基，也就是提高「公告地價」與「房屋標準單價」，而不是在提高房屋稅率。並強調「公告地價」與「房屋標準單價」，都是台市政府本身就可以決定的，根本不須與財政部協商，批張「玩假球」，說是打房只是「做做樣子而已」。(即時新聞中心／綜合報導)
