體驗低碳生活，7月19日起，新北市鶯歌、八里、金山、石門等地區，將有10輛價值新台幣百萬元電動車，提供遊客接駁服務。

推廣節能減碳、建構低碳成市，新北市政府環保局提供10輛所屬7人座國產電動車，在7月19日開始的鶯歌國際陶瓷藝術節，免費接駁旅客往來鶯歌陶博館和鶯歌火車站、老街，讓民眾實際體驗低碳運輸。

此外，8月將舉辦的太陽祭系列活動、金山番薯節及9月國際風箏節和10月三芝茭白筍節等活動，都提供低碳接駁體驗。環保局表示，合計42天下來，約可節省5250公升汽油、減少1萬2395公斤溫室氣體排放。

環保局副局長王美文今天說，新北市很多重要節慶活動都用大眾運輸工具接駁，如果再加入電動車接駁服務，對於宣傳節能減碳，將可達到1加1大於2的功效。

環保局表示，去年開始積極建構新北市電動車友善環境，46處公有停車場提供免費充電，其中13處可當日免費停車；境內需環評的開發案，要求預留充電系統和停車格；補助企業設置電動車充電站。(中央社)
