餿水油主嫌郭烈成（32歲，竊盜等前科）本周2他配合檢方偵訊後，辯稱沒錢繳10萬元保釋金，獲法官裁定5萬元交保後，隔天他卻偷偷到銀行提光86萬元存款。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，郭烈成開賓士車代步，卻說自己沒錢繳10萬元保證金，獲法官裁定5萬元交保後，隔天就將銀行內帳戶86萬元提領一空。檢方認為他耍賴沒錢又提光存款舉動，顯有逃亡之虞，除由警方監控，昨向法院抗告成功，屏東地院今將重開羈押庭。（胡治言／綜合報導）
