今年第一個颱風　鄭明典：可能生成

過年前會有颱風嗎？

氣象局預報中心主任鄭明典今天在臉書指出，菲律賓東方海面上有個對流很旺盛的低壓，可能形成今年第一號颱風(米克拉)。

鄭明典也說，另一個低壓在通過日本南方水與後，會快速發展成一個巨大溫帶氣旋，日本人稱這樣的低壓為「台灣坊主」，我們叫它「台灣低壓」。

這兩個天氣系統，將是本周觀察天氣的重點。（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
