台北資訊園區3月要開幕　說好的空橋呢？

鴻海集團旗下三創數位得標的台北資訊園區暨停車場BOT案將在3月開幕，台北市議員童仲彥今前往現場，抨擊三創公司違反BOT契約，去年12月動工來串連光華新天地的空橋極可能是「假動工」，完工後更可能是「危橋」，且前財政局長陳盈蓉在卸任前3天指，郭總裁對郝市長全力相挺，要在郝任內完成，根本就是郝的門神。
 
童仲彥說，台北資訊園區暨停車場BOT案建物從2011年起，歷經4次都市設計審議變更，一直到2014年2月20日第5次都審變更才確定空橋造型，鴻海三創先保證「不落柱」安全無疑，再把結構補強責任推給市場處，陳盈蓉在選前3天打著郝龍斌的名號，大膽扮演鴻海遊說員，敲定台北資訊園區能順利開幕。
 
台北市政府財政局金融管理科表示，三創去年12月已進行空橋動工典禮，預計今年6月完工，市府與三創簽約時僅要求要蓋空橋，並未載約何時完成，且興建費用由三創負責，另空橋是否落柱合約也未載明，三創並無違約問題。(林媛玲／台北報導)
