臉書新增地標資訊功能 挑戰Yelp

臉書（Facebook）今天推出新功能，自動提供用戶可能去過的地方資訊，挑戰Yelp等評比網站。

法新社報導，臉書產品經理勒柏（Mike LeBeau）提到為iPhone量身打造的臉書app版新功能時說：「地標資訊將秀給你目前所在地有趣、有用和相關的資訊。」

Yelp給予尋求朋友提供關於餐廳、飯店和其他場所建議的人選擇，因此臉書這項新功能可能對評比服務Yelp形成挑戰。

如果有任何跟這個地方有關的貼文，地標資訊（Place Tip，暫譯）會提供臉書朋友在這個地方的評論或相片等資訊，以及臉書企業專頁的細節和活動消息。

根據勒柏，臉書用戶要先允許使用此app，才會顯現他們的所在地，點進資訊查看並不會在臉書動態顯現或曝露自己的所在地。

會先在中央公園、時報廣場、布魯克林大橋和自由女神像等紐約著名景點試行地標資訊功能，數週後才會擴大推行。
