監察委員今（30）日到行政院年度例行巡察，監察院長張博雅致詞指出，監察院去年通過彈劾案、糾正案，以法務部及其所屬機關為最多。

張博雅表示，監察院去年通過15件彈劾案，彈劾人數22人；其中，以法務部及所屬機關、交通部及所屬機關各5人最多；其他依序是國防部及所屬機關3人，教育部及所屬機關2人，科技部及所屬機關與金管會各1人等。

張博雅說，請各機關首長深入了解所屬人員違失原因，確實檢討改進，做好檢討管理，避免再度發生。

糾正案部分，張博雅指出，去年通過114案，被糾正機關案次達123案次；其中，法務部及所屬機關16案次，國防部及所屬機關15案次，交通部及所屬機關14案次，經濟部、衛福部及其所屬機關各12案次，是比較多的。

她籲請行政院長毛治國及各部會首長，能重視監察院的糾正案，積極檢討改善，促使檢討機關之施政能適法適當，更臻完善；也希望沒有被糾正的機關能引以為鑑。
