印尼近期將處決7名外國毒犯

印尼繼1月初處決5名判死外國毒犯後，正計劃近期處決另外7名判死外國毒犯。雖然這些毒犯所屬的國家極力求情，但印尼不為所動，恐又將掀起外交風波。

印尼1月初在同一天內處決5名外國毒犯，引起激烈爭議。國民遭處決的巴西和荷蘭政府對此表達不滿，召回駐雅加達大使。

即將被處決的7名外國人中，包括一個販毒組織的兩名澳洲籍首領，分別是蘇庫馬朗（Myuran Sukumaran）和華裔的安德魯．陳（Andrew Chan），這兩人去年12月和今年1月提出上訴均失敗。

另外5名判死確定的外國毒犯分別來自法國、菲律賓、巴西、非洲迦納和西班牙。

印尼司法暨人權部表示，這7名判死外國毒犯的上訴均遭駁回，將於近期內行刑。

印尼每天約40至50人死於毒品，其中大多數是年輕人。印尼目前有約60多名涉毒死囚，近半數都是外國人，罪名多為運毒及販毒。

印尼總統佐科威曾說過，印尼政府不會對任何與毒品相關的罪犯開恩。
