動態隨機存取記體(DRAM)廠華亞科決定與客戶美光(Micron)共享獲利，明年起美光購貨計價將改採損益分攤概念，衝擊華亞科股價走跌。

華亞科自2013年起供貨美光計價方式調整為市場價格概念，受惠記憶體市況好轉，華亞科近2年合計大賺新台幣741億元。

為維持與美光長期緊密合作關係，華亞科決定與美光共享獲利，今年計價模式維持不變，明年起將改為損益分攤概念。華亞科讓利美光，明年恐將影響毛利率5個百分點。

華亞科董事長高啟全表示，明年推進20奈米製程技術，位元產出可望增加60%，另外，高附加價值產品比重也將增加，將可推升華亞科整體獲利表現。

在華亞科讓利激勵下，美光股價飆漲2.74美元，收在31.09美元，漲幅達9.66%。

華亞科則在市場賣壓湧現下，股價表現疲弱，盤中一度達新台幣45.8元，跌0.6元，跌幅約1.29%。
