歐巴馬：監控敗露後 努力重建他國信心

美國總統歐巴馬今天表示，在美國監視外國領導人經披露而損及對外關係後，他一直努力恢復德國與其他全球夥伴國的信心。德國總理梅克爾則表示，兩國仍須在反恐方面合作。

歐巴馬在白宮與到訪的梅克爾舉行聯合記者會，他說，他認為有鑑於兩國晚近的合作歷史，德國應「姑且相信美國」。

梅克爾則表示，美、德兩國雖對美國國家安全局（NSA）的作法有歧見，但雙方仍須合作對抗恐怖主義威脅。

疑遭美方監聽手機的梅克爾說：「關於美國國安局，我認為雙方對個別問題仍有不同評估。」

「但若我們考量到恐怖主義威脅之嚴重，就會十分了解1個事實，即雙方必須非常密切地合作。」
