挾持典獄長 越南囚犯苦牢蹲不完

台灣高雄大寮監獄受刑人挾持典獄長震驚社會。2年前越南監獄18個受刑人挾持典獄長數小時，最後涉案18囚又被判處1至6年不等的徒刑，合併量刑後有人因此判處終身監禁。

2013年6月30日，距離胡志明市以北約40公里的同奈省（Dong Nai）春祿監獄（Xuan Loc），18個受刑人串連策劃挾持典獄長。

他們藉著獄方舉辦足球賽的機會，持鐵棍與磚頭攻擊獄警，並鼓動其他囚犯造反，要求監獄將他們遷至其他收容單位關押，並改善受刑人的待遇及生活環境。

1名警察在這起暴動中受輕傷。數小時後，警方奪回這座監獄，典獄長也獲釋。

越南當地法院在2013年底，以「反抗執行職務公務員」與「故意破壞財產」等罪名，判處18名囚犯1至6年不等的徒刑，其中有人合併最高量刑後，被判處無期徒刑。
