【動新聞】太陽花學運　林飛帆等119人起訴

台北地檢署昨以太陽花學運涉違反《集會遊行法》、煽惑他人犯罪等，昨3案起訴林飛帆、陳為廷等119人。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，太陽花學運領袖林飛帆、陳為廷等人，去年3月18日帶領群眾佔領立法院、3月23日學生轉攻行政院，4月11日「路過」中正一分局，創下國內首次人民佔領2院、延續24天、號召78萬人次參與，以及獲得17園、49個城市台灣留學生相挺的民眾運動紀錄。但學運團體雖主張是行使公民不服從權利，昨仍遭台北地檢署起訴。

檢警根據搜證影帶比對，經10個月調查約談後，認定林飛帆、陳為廷、黃國昌，導演李惠仁等百名帶頭和參與者，分別涉犯煽惑他人犯罪、妨害公務、違反《集會遊行法》、侵入他人建築物、毀損等罪，各罪最重可處一到七年徒刑。（胡治言／綜合報導）
