台式拉麵美國發光　台男入圍美食屆奧斯卡獎

又有台灣人在國外開餐廳受到肯定！台美混血男子楊震宇上月入圍有美食屆奧斯卡之稱的「詹姆斯畢爾德基金會」（James Beard Foundation）獎項。
 
楊震宇在台北出生，母親是台灣人，5歲搬到日本，料理受到台日影響很深。他的台式拉麵店Toki Underground於2011年在華府開幕，店內約可坐20人，剛開幕時排隊人潮踴躍，最多要等上3小時才得一嘗美味。楊震宇在上月入圍「詹姆斯畢爾德基金會」年度新秀廚師獎，基金會將在本月24日公布得獎名單。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
