各位前輩好，有一問題想請教，目前我任職的公司，當有excel報表完成要做最後確認時，都是影印出來後由主管或承辦員工簽名，那目前是想說想達到無紙化，因此想請問是否有方法使主管或承辦方看完excel報表後，直接在excel檔案上貼上唯一性的簽名或簽章(同時包含簽下去的日期)，其他人再看過之後無法移除此簽名/簽章，也無法更動excel上的資料，目前是有想過兩個辦法： 1. 用數位簽章，但好像其他人仍可以更改資料。而且還要申請認證。 2. excel檔案看完後加上自製圖片後轉成pdf檔，但怕若之後主管或承辦方之後有要修改時不方便。想請問一下是否有更好的解決方法，在此先謝過各位了。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 42.115.217.180 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Windows/M.1425892862.A.B0C.html
