太陽花控訴324　血手印紅光烙政院

為了控訴去年324政院驅離濺血事件，黑島青年等團體在立法院外連辦兩天活動，23日晚間重返行政院，在鐵拒馬上綁上「血手印」黃絲帶，把手中的「紅色」螢光棒丟進政院後，深夜11時，活動和平落幕。

為了因應這場活動，立法院和行政院周遭都圍上鐵拒馬，政院晚間還加派警力駐守在後門待命，絲毫不敢大意。

警方表示，「走回無光的所在－眾聲。群像：重說318」集會活動，晚間11時50分，群眾由政院返回青島東路；22時54分，主持人宣布晚會結束，群眾陸續離開現場，集會人數最高約300人。

關於學運期間的警民衝突，打人警察在哪？是否已被懲處？行政院發言人孫立群日前在政院「318談兩岸監督條例」直播節目回應說，民眾刑事自訴9案，只有1案確定不受理，其他都還在進行當中；傷害告訴、行政訴訟各1案，尚未結案；現場指揮的小隊長被記2次申誡。
