【高堂堯／南投報導】國道3號南下252公里，約清水橋附近今天下午5點多，發生一起小貨車撞分隔島翻覆在北上車道意外，造成小貨車上一對夫妻及一名小孩，妻子當場死亡，開車丈夫及小孩受傷送醫，車禍原因由國道警方調查中。
