在下中字企研碩士畢業這兩間剛好都到最後一關的面試但家登精密比較少人討論，爬過的資訊又比較偏負面，去面試倒是感覺不出? 廣達大家都耳熟能詳，只是面試時主管非常強調部門”很操”，擺明沒那個屁眼不要吃瀉藥。但還是想問知道內部資訊的人可不可以提供點意見，就以升遷或未來發展比較好的公司做選擇。還是大家覺得等拿到offer再說? 公司：廣達家登精密地點：桃園(住家) 土城(通勤1小時半) 福利：年終比家登多(打聽的訊息) 保13 職務： CCBU業務儲備幹部(頭一年輪調部門) 薪資：其實兩間都還沒談到(自己爬文後大約設定35000) 工時： 12hrs(責任制)，要出差 8am-6pm(責任制)，有可能出差升遷：似乎不易?(不確定) 說是為了培訓未來主管謝謝大家的建議。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.249.141.104
