不滿黃世銘遭懲處　最高檢批檢審會洩密

【法庭中心╱台北報導】最高檢指出，檢評會今天建議將檢察總長黃世銘、檢察官鄭深元及楊榮宗等3人送監察院懲處，已嚴重違背客觀中立基本倫理精神，除嚴正表達無法接受與認同外，更深表遺憾與痛心，並痛批檢評會發言人彭文正洩密。

最高檢指出，彭文正明知評鑑委員對於會議內容，在檢評會決議前應保密，卻在今年11 月3 日檢評會約詢檢察官鄭深元、檢察事務官何其非後，即對媒體轉述：「因委員提問犀利，部分證人出現臉紅、支吾其詞，甚至啞口無言等反應。」可見檢評會評鑑早已預設立場。

最高檢認為，高檢署檢察長陳守煌及檢察長及林秀濤檢察官，因接受關說司法個案，已嚴重敗壞司法，但檢評會僅對2人做出建議法務部核處或檢審會審議警告從輕議處，顯見檢評會已知去客觀公正立場。
