批政治審判 郭瑤琪喊冤：扁愛將是原罪

台北車站招標案被控收受廠商兩萬美元賄款，遭判刑八年定讞，交通部前部長郭瑤琪今天在臉書說，昨晚她終於入睡了，因為她找到真相了；判決的審判長謝俊雄、法官魏新和、吳信銘、蔡國卿、徐文亮，與阿扁龍潭案的法官應是同一庭，「我一直不願意說出這是政治審判，現在我不得不說政治審判」。

她說，令她安心的是，她遭判重刑不是因為自己做錯什麼，是因為自己做得太多作得太好，成為「扁的愛將」這是她的原罪。她也說，最高法院的庭長是「恐龍法官」，台灣司法沒救了。
